High School
Schlessinger graduated from Penn-Trafford high school where she was coached by Sarah Laughner and Matthew Bilinsky. During her prep career, she earned four varsity letters, and was team captain of the track & field team, and earned three varsity letters and was captain of the gymnastics team. She was a three-time WPIAL Championships qualifier in Track & Field and Gymnastics, and was the 2016 WPIAL Gymnastics All-Around Champion.
Personal
Gabrielle, an occupational therapy major is the daughter of Dave & Julie Schlessinger.
