2009-10: During the indoor season of her junior year, Moran earned all-state accolades having run the third leg of Ithaca’s 4:11.18 1,600-meter relay that placed third at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships. She competed in five additional events throughout the indoor season and recorded season-best times of 1:06.42 in the 400 dash, 1:25.27 in the 500 run, 2:40.41 in the 800 run, and ran a leg of the Bombers’ 10:20.01 3,200 and 13:58.15 distance medley relays. During the outdoor season, Moran recorded season-best times of 29.22 in the 200 dash, 1:02.32 in the 400 dash and 2:34.32 in the 800 run, while helping Ithaca to a time of 1:02.32 in the 1,600 relay.

2008-09: Moran was a member of the 1,600-meter relay team that placed second at both the indoor and outdoor Empire 8 Championships. That relay also placed third at the outdoor NYSCTC Championships and fourth at the indoor NYSCTC Championships to earn all-state accolades during both seasons. Individually, Moran placed third in the Empire 8 and fourth in the NYSCTC during the indoor season. Outdoors, she was again an all-state performer in the 400, placing seventh.

2007-08: Moran was a member of the Empire 8 champion 1,600 meter relay team during the indoor season. In the spring, the relay team earned all-NYSCTC and all-ECAC status by placing fourth and sixth, respectively, at the two championship meets. Individually, Moran was Empire 8 runner-up in the 400-meter dash at the conference outdoor meet with a season-best time of 1:00.83. She also placed 10th at the NYSCTC meet and qualified for the ECAC Championships.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Walkill Senior High School, Moran was coached by Jen Gravelle and Eric McLaud. She earned awards as team MVP and Most Improved in indoor track & field and Rookie of the Year in outdoor track & field.

Personal: A health sciences major, she is the daughter of Ed and Dorinda Moran.
