Ithaca College Athletics

2009-10: McCune earned All-NYSCTC honors during the indoor season of her freshman year having placed seventh at the state meet in the 400-meter dash. Competing in four events during the indoor season, McCune tallied season-best times of 29.06 in the 200-meter dash, 1:05.36 in the 400-meter dash, and 4:30.30 and 13:58.15 as a member of Ithaca’s 1,600-meter and distance medley relays, respectively. Outdoors, McCune competed in a trio of events – the 200 dash, the 400 dash and the 4x400 relay. She clocked season-best times of 28.07 in the 200, 1:04.65 in the 400 and helped Ithaca to a 4:21.01 1,600 relay finish.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Pinkerton Academy, McCune was coached by Ed Vitones and Anne Bienvenue. She earned four varsity letters in track & field and was team captain as a senior. She also holds school records in the 800- and 1,600-meter relays. She also lettered in soccer and lacrosse.

Personal: An outdoor adventure leadership major, she is the daughter of Chris and Ellen McCune.
