Ithaca College Athletics

2009-10: Sisti competed once during the indoor season of her junior year. She ran a time of 19:54.27 in the 5,000-meter run on Dec. 5 at the Cornell Relays. She did not compete during the outdoor season.

2008-09: During her sophomore indoor season, Sisti twice competed in the mile run recording a season-best time of 5:28.15 at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships hosted by RIT. During the outdoor season she competed in four distance events and finished second at the Empire 8 Championships in the 1,500-meter run. Sisti tallied season-best times of 5:02.56 in the 1,500, 11:08.98 in the 3,000, 19:21.43 in the 5,000 and 42:30.89 in the 10,000.

2007-08: As a freshman, Sisti competed in three events during the indoor season. She recorded season-best marks of 2:40.08 in the 800-meter run, 3:23.65 in the 1,000 and ran a leg of Ithaca’s 3,200 relay that finished in 10:28.18. Sisti competed in a pair of events during the outdoor season. She improved her indoor 800 time to 2:34.80 and ran a season-best 5:18.87 1,500 run at the Big Red Invitational hosted by Cornell.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Camden High School, Sisti was coached by Carol Buckingham. She served as team captain and was named Camden’s Athlete of the Year, while also having helped set the school 3,200-meter relay record. Sisti lettered four times in track & field and also earned varsity letters in cross country and basketball.

Personal: A business administration major, she is the daughter of Matt Sisti and Tammy Buck. She is also a member of Ithaca's cross country team.
