Undergraduate Achievements 
  • Graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from SUNY Oneonta. 
  • Competed as a track and field athlete (specialized in horizontal jumps) from 2012 to 2016 
  • Three-time NCAA Division III National Qualifier in the Long Jump 
  • 2016 Outdoor SUNYAC Champion in the Long Jump, and three-time SUNYAC medalist in the Long Jump 
  • Two-time USTFCCA All-Region Recipient (Long Jump) 
Graduate 
  • Enrolled in Ithaca College’s science in exercise and sport science graduate program, with a concentration in Sport Psychology in 2017
  • Second year as a graduate assistant for IC Women's Track and Field Team, working primarily with the Jumpers. 
  • Holds USATF Level 1 certification
