Ithaca College Athletics

2009-10: During the indoor season of her freshman year, Wistner competed in six different events. She recorded season-best times of 9.64 and 10.29 in the 55- and 60-meter hurdles, respectively, 32.04 in the 200-meter dash and 54.91 in the 300-meter dash. Wistner also competed on Ithaca’s 1:57.48 800-meter relay team and notched a season-best mark of 2.60 meters in the pole vault at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships. Outdoors, Wistner competed in the pole vault and the 100 hurdles. She cleared 2.95 meters in the pole vault at the NYSCTC Championships and clocked a season-best time of 17.67 in the hurdles.

High School: A 2009 graduate Canadaigua High School, Wistner was coached by Arlene DeVinney and Robert Dedrick. She earned four varsity letters in track & field, was named team captain as a senior and twice received the team perseverance award. She also lettered in soccer.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Shawn and Betsy Wistner. Her father Shawn is a 1986 graduate of Ithaca.
