Biography

High School: A 2007 graduate of Quaker Valley High School, Blazak was coached by David Long. She earned four varsity letters as a member of the swimming & diving team and served as team captain and was named team MVP as a senior. Blazak earned all-state honors in the 100-yard breaststroke and as a member of the 200- and 400-yard freestyle relay teams. She also lettered as a member of the lacrosse and volleyball teams.
 
Personal: A culture and communication major, she is the daughter of Anne and Chris Blazak.
