Ithaca College Athletics

2011: Brown competed in eight races as a senior. She tallied second-team recognition at the Empire 8 Championships with an eighth-place finish and third-team honors at the NYSCTC Championships with a 16th-place finish. Brown recorded season-best times of 15:59.70 in the 4,000-meter run, 19:13.00 in the 5,000 and 24:14.00 in the 6,000. She was named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List for Spring 2012.

2010: Brown competed in five races during her junior season. She ran season-best times of 18:51.60 in the 4,000-meter run at Cortland’s Jack Daniels Invitational, 23:27.60 in the 5,000 run at the Hamilton Invitational and 28:19.60 in the 6,000 run at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational.

2009: Brown competed at the Reif Invitational at Cornell where she finished in 43rd place posting a time of 22:42. She also ran at the Cazenovia Homecoming Invitational where she finished in 10th place posting a time of 22:58.

2008: Brown competed six times as a freshman, and was one of Ithaca's top seven finishers at Houghton. She ran 21:08 at that meet to place 29thoverall. Brown ran a season-best 20:37 at the Empire 8 Championships, held at Saratoga Spa State Park.

High School: A 2008 graduate of North Penn High School, Brown was coached by James Crawford. She earned one varsity letter. She also lettered in track and field.

Personal: A health care management major, she is the daughter of Mark and Amanda Brown. She is also a member of Ithaca's track & field team.
