2017: Liberty League All-Academic Team
2016: Raced in two meets this season…Recorded a season-best in the 6k at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 17, finishing with a time of 26:35.90…Also registered a season-best in the 5k at the Hamilton College Invitational on Oct. 8, recording a time of 21:33.90.
High School: Rand graduated from Windham High School where she earned four varsity letters in cross country. She served as captain of the squad and was selected as Most Improved. Rand was honored with the team Sportsmanship Award. She also earned four varsity letters in nordic skiing and four varsity letters in outdoor track.
Personal: Julia, daughter of John and Lori Rand, is an exploratory student.
