Biography

2009: Simkin rowed in the eighth seat of Ithaca's novice 8, helping the boat to a gold medal at the state championships. 

High School: A 2008 graduate of HB Woodlawn, Simkin was coached by Paul Christina.

Personal: An occupational therapy major, she is the daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth Simkin. Her brother Charlie is a senior at Ithaca.
