Brunner raced in the Women’s Novice Eight before being moved up to the Women’s Second Varsity Eight in the beginning of her first season with the Bombers… While in the Women’s Second Varsity Eight, she contributed to a Fourth-Place finish at the 2018 NCAA Championships in Sarasota, Fla. (5/26)... And was part of a boat that was named Liberty League Boat of the Week (4/16)...Was Runner-Up at the Liberty League Championship in the JV Eight in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. (5/4)... And was Third-Place at the New York State Championships (5/5)...Was Forth-Place in the Second Varsity Eight Petite Final at NIRC Regatta in Worcester, Mass. (5/11)...
High School
Brunner played field hockey, basketball, and golf for Robbinsville High School and earned a varsity letter in all three sports. When she transferred to The Pennington School, she played field hockey and basketball, and earned a varsity letter in each sport three years in a row. Brunner was senior captain for her field hockey and basketball teams. She won the New Jersey Prep B State Championship back to back in 2016 and 2017 for basketball.
