High School
Morandi attended Winston Churchill High School and was rowed for the DC National Rowing Club for three years...Participated in the Head of the Charles (2022 and 2023), US Rowing Youth National Championships (2023 and 2024) as well as the US Rowing Mid Atlantic Regionals (2022, 2023 and 2024).

Personal 
Kaelyn, a Psychology major, is the daughter of Anthony and Susan Morandi.
