Biography

2011-12: Payne was not a member of the team.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Owego Free Academy, Payne earned two letters in track & field and cross country. He was a state qualifier in the mile and the runner up in the Section 4 Class B mile run. Payne was an All-STAC Division selection for cross country in 2010.

Personal: A biochemistry major, he is the son of Gary and Susan Payne.
