2010-11: A multi-event athlete, Arrindell earned All-NYSCTC accolades in the pentathlon and all-state honors in the outdoor high jump. His season-best indoor performances were 2:58.81 in the 1,000-meter run, 8.38 in the 55 hurdles, 9.20 in the 60 hurdles, 1.86 meters in the high jump, 5.81 meters in the long jump, 9.76 meters in the shot put and 2,949 points in the pentathlon. Competing in seven outdoor events, Arrindell compiled season-bests of 12.82 in the 100 dash, 25.54 in the 200, 54.55 in the 400, 16.46 in the 110 hurdles, 1.87 meters in the high jump, 23.31 meters in the discus and 29.15 meters in the javelin.

2009-10: During the indoor season of his freshman year, Arrindell competed in eight events. He twice completed pentathlons and recorded a season-best score of 2,877 points at NYSCTC Indoor Championships. Arrindell also tallied season-best times of 8.37 in the 55-meter hurdles, 9.21 in the 60 hurdles, 3:04.84 in the 1,000 run and ran the first leg of Ithaca’s 1:36.04 800 relay. In field events he notched indoor-bests of 1.86 meters in the high jump, 5.72 meters in the long jump and 8.21 meters in the shot put. During the outdoor season he earned all-state honors in the high jump by clearing a season-best 1.83 meters. He also competed in the 110 hurdles recording a season-best time of 16.31.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Fordham Prep, Arrindell was coached by George Febles. He earned three varsity letters in track & field and was also a member of the soccer team.

Personal: An exercise science major, he is the son of Rosemarie and Radford.
