Track & Field

2023 Outdoor: Went back to his specialty opening up with a 10:05.99 in the 3k Steeplechase… Finished 4th at the Coach P Invitational with a time of 9:58.49 in the Steeplechase… Finished 4th in a hectic steeplechase race with a regional qualifying and personal record time of 9:44.70. Completed the double running 15:53.94 in the 5k on day 2 of the LL championships… Finished the season competing in the 3k steeplechase at the regional championship.

2023 Indoor: Began season at the NY Armory with a PR in the 3k of 9:22.00… Finished 6th at the Bomber Invitational in the 5k with a time of 16:23.18… Ran the 5k at the Liberty League Championship finishing in 16:21.83.

2022 Indoor: Started the season with a PR in the mile with a time of 4:37.81 at the Ithaca Quad Meet… Set a season best of 16:10.15 over 5k at the Conference Challenge Cup Invite… Ran another season best in the 3k with a time of 9:34.60 at the Bomber Invitational.

2021 Outdoor: Kicked off his freshman campaign at the Cortaca Dual Meet running 16:19.02 in the 5k… Ran first 3k steeple at the Cortland Challenge finishing in 10:11.69… Finished 2nd at the RIT Friday Meet #2 with a regional qualifying time of 9:53.11 in the 3k steeple... Capped off the season with a 4th place finish at the Liberty League West Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 9:53.03.

Cross Country

2022: Ran a season best of 26:46.1 over 8k at his hometown course at the Lehigh Paul Short Run… Finished in 26:48.8 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle over 8k… Was a member of the the top 7 at both the the Liberty League Championship and Niagara Regional Championship.

2021: Began his collegiate career at the Hamilton Short Course placing 18th and running a xc personal best of 16:11.1 over 5k… Broke the 27 minute barrier for the first time at the Saratoga XC Invitational with a 19th place 26:49.2 for 8k… Finished 20th to get all-Liberty League Honorable Mention at the LL Championship with a time of 26:25.4… Broke the 26 minute barrier and gained All-Region distinction at the Niagara Region Championship with a time of 25:59.3

Before Ithaca: Patrick competed in XC and TF at Council Rock North and was named co-captain… He was the 2019 SOL National Conference Champion in XC and led his team to a 2nd place finish… Earned First Team All-League in 2019
