Biography

2005-06: Chapman placed fifth in the conference and ninth in the state with a toss of 44.26 meters (145-2) at the outdoor championships. He recorded four top-five finishes, including a fifth-place at Cornell’s Big Red Invitational with a season-best throw of 48.24 meters (158-3).
 
2004-05:  Chapman had one top-five finish for the Bombers last season in the javelin throw. At the Raider Challenge, hosted by Roberts Wesleyan, Chapman finished in third place in the javelin with a distance of 46.94 meters.
 
2003-04: Chapman earned all-state honors in the javelin throw by placing second at the NYSCTC outdoor championships. His distance of 49.58 meters also earned him the conference title in the event.

High School: Chapman was a member of the football and track and field teams at Neshaminy High School.

Personal:
A business management major, he is the son of Dennis and Trudy Chapman. He has lettered twice with Ithaca's football team.
