Biography
2010-11: Heyman competed in four events during his sophomore year. Indoors he clocked season-best times of 1:19.35 in the 500-meter run and 11.44 in the 60 hurdles, while outdoors he finished the 110 hurdles in 20.96 and the 400 hurdles in 1:04.51.
2009-10: During the indoor season of his freshman year, Heyman competed in a trio of events tallying season-best times of 11.40 in the 60-meter hurdles, 41.99 in the 300 dash and 1:20.14 in the 500 run. During the outdoor season, Heyman competed in the hurdles. He recorded season bests of 20.99 in the 110 high hurdles and 1:08.59 in the 400 hurdles. He also competed in the 100 dash for the Bombers.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Lower Merion High School, Heyman was coached by Megan Capwell. He earned one varsity letter in track & field and was also a member of his high school’s swim team for four years.
Personal: A biology major, he is the son of Michelle Tiger and Julius Heyman. His mother is a 1982 graduate of Ithaca College.
