2024-25: Liberty League All-Academic
High School: Dembrow attended New Hartford High School, was a hurdle jumper for their track team, and graduated in 2023. He was on the Track & Field team for three seasons. He was Team Captain of the Cross Country Team, Section 3 TVL Team Champion during his senior year, Indoor Track Team Captain during his senior year, MVP, 2x TVL all-star, TVL 55 Hurdle Champion, and set a 4x200 school record his senior year.
Personal Life: Jake Dembrow is a psychology major. He is the son of Mark and Monique Dembrow.
