Ithaca College Athletics

2009-10: During the indoor season of his sophomore year, McCormick earned All-ECAC and All-NYSCTC honors and was the Empire 8 runner-up as a member of Ithaca’s distance medley relay. He competed in three individual events and a pair of relays during the indoor season and set season-best times of 2:01.09 in the 800-meter run, 2:35.91 in the 1,000 run to qualify him for ECACs, and 4:27.73 in the mile run. He also ran legs of the Bombers’ 10:19.23 DMR and 8:03.92 3,200 relay. McCormick tallied a pair of All-NYSCTC accolades during the outdoor season in the 1,500 run and the 3,200 relay. The Bombers’ 7:50.27 4x800 finish at the state meet was a season-best performance. McCormick recorded individual season-bests of 1:58.79 in the 800 run and 4:03.39 in the 1,500 run.

2008-09: McCormick attended Marist.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Minnechaug High School, McCormick lettered four times in track & field. He also lettered in cross country.

Personal: A film, photo & visual arts major, he is the son of Tim and Mary McCormick. He is also a member of Ithaca's cross country team.
