Biography
2004-05: Lang finished in seventh place in the 500-meter dash at the NYSCTC meet with a time. He also earned a top-25 finish in the 200-meter dash at the Raider Challenge hosted by Roberts Wesleyan, finishing in 24th place with a time of 23.86.
2003-04: Lang missed most of the season due to injury. He finished fifth in the 500-meter dash in 69.28 at the St. Lawrence Invitational. Lang ran a time of 7.69 in the 60-meter dash and a time of 24.77 in the 200-meter dash at the Cornell Relays.
2002-03: Lang was a member of the winning 1,600-meter relay that set a track record in 3:22.93 at the NYSCTC indoor championships. He was a member of the 800-meter relay that finished third at the state indoor meet. He finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Marc Deneault Invitational at Cornell (51.81). He was a member of the winning 1,600-meter relay at the St. Lawrence Invitational that set a meet record (3:24.72). Lang was part of the 400- and 1,600-meter relays that finished third at the NYSCTC outdoor championships. At the Ithaca Open he was a member of the first-place 400-meter relay (44.00).
2001-02: Lang attended Southern Maine his freshman season. He holds the school record in the 60-meterrun and finished second in that event at the Maine Collegiate state meet.
High School: Lang ran for coaches Tom Butterfield and Jim Turner at William H. Hall High School. He was a nine-time all conference selection and a five-time all-state selection.
Personal: The son of Robert and Laura Lang, he is an exercise science major.
