Biography
2004-05: O'Neill recorded a pair of top-15 finishes at the Empire 8 Championship, placing ninth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.71) and 15th in the 50-yard freestyle (23.97). O'Neill finished 19th in the state meet in the 200-yard freestyle. In Ithaca's victory over Rochester, O'Neill finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle (23.73) and also swam with the second-place 400-yard freestyle relay squad. O'Neill contributed to an Ithaca win in the Rensselaer Invitational by placing fourth with the 400-yard freestyle relay team.
2003-04: O'Neill recorded the 22nd fastest time at the state meet in the 100-yard freestyle (51.03) and the 27th fastest time in the 200-yard freestyle (1:52.73). Against Union, O'Neill swam with the 2nd place 400-yard medley relay and added a third-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle. O'Neill swam with a pair of third-place relay squads in Ithaca's win over Division-II Bloomsburg.
High School: A four-year letter winner at Lower Merion High School, O'Neill was a three-time team MVP and also team captain.
