After spending the 2022-23 academic year as an assistant coach at nearby SUNY Cortland, Noah Beck was added to the Ithaca College men's and women's swimming & diving coaching staff as an assistant coach and assistant aquatics coordinator and enters his third academic year with the Bombers.

During the 2024-25 season, Beck helped guide the Ithaca women's team to its sixth consecutive Liberty League Championship and the men's program would amass 1,524 points in a runner-up finish. Beck helped lead the Ithaca women's program to a 2023-24 Liberty League Championship and on the men's squad, James Collishaw achieved All-American status for the third consecutive season. He broke his own team record in the 100-yard freestyle with a 43.87 at the 2024 NCAA Division III National Championship, which was good for seventh place

As an assistant with Cortland, Beck helped lead the IM and stroke group where the Red Dragons finished second in the SUNYAC, broke three school records, achieved a pair of NCAA B cut times and they were honored as a Scholar All-American team four semesters in a row.

While serving as the head coach at Marywood University from 2016-18 the program produced their first two individual conference champions since 2011, set 22 school records and were recognized as Scholar All-American teams four semesters in a row.

Beck also served as an assistant at SUNY Geneseo from 2014-16 where the team broke 17 conference records, produced four All-Americans and captured four conference championships while maintaining Scholar All-American status. In 2016, the coaching staff was named SUNYAC Staff of Year.

Prior to entering the college coaching ranks Beck served as the Head Coach for the Cortland YMCA Stingers from 2010-14. During that time the Stingers had five YMCA National Qualifiers, their first YMCA National Finalist in over a decade and numerous swimmers went on to succeed at the NCAA level.

Beck graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and specialized in Fly and Distance Freestyle for the Huskies. He lives in Cortland with his wife and son where he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
