High School: White was a two-sport standout at Queensbury earning eight total varsity letters between swimming and diving, as well as lacrosse. Her diving career included four Top-15 finishes at the Sectional Championships, which included a career-best fifth-place effort as a senior. White's lacrosse career was star-studded, as she helped the team to four consecutive Foothills Conference Championships and four Section II Championship Games. She earned Foothills League Honorable Mention as a sophomore and was tabbed a Second Team All-Star for Section II as a junior. She was a Team Captain her senior season, helping the team to a Section II Championship and earning Section II First Team All-Star honors. She finished her career 13th on Queensbury's all-time point list and eighth-place on the program's all-time assist list.
