Ithaca College Athletics

2005: Palmer started all 16 games for the Bombers and received second-team all-conference honors. She led the team with seven assists. She also scored two goals.

 

2004: Palmer started all 18 games for the Bombers and received honorable mention to the Empire 8 all-star team. She ranked fourth on the team with 11 points on three goals and five assists. She was named to the NYSWCAA all-tournament team and scored the Bombers’ lone goal in the state title game against Oneonta.

2003: Palmer, a second-team all-conference selection, started all 17 games for the Bombers. She led the team with 16 points on a team-high six goals and four assists. She was named Empire 8 Player of the Week after scoring the game-winning goal and adding an assist in a 3-2 win over Elmira. Palmer contributed three points with a goal and an assist in a 6-3 win over Nazareth. She also scored against Brockport, Oswego and Utica. She was named Empire 8 Player of the Week once.

2002: Palmer played in every game her first season. She totaled six points on two goals and two assists. In a 3-2 victory over Scranton she scored her first career points (a goal and an assist). She repeated her three-point performance in a 2-1 victory over Geneseo in the quarterfinal of the state tournament.

High School: At Miller Place High School Palmer was coached by Judy Kopeman.

Personal: A health and physical education major, she is the daughter of Russell and Susan Palmer.
