Sandra Jones is entering her second year as a member of the Bombers coaching staff after serving as a member of the Wells coaching staff the previous two seasons. She was the co-head coach of the Express in 2005 and served as the teams’ assistant coach in 2004. Jones also served as an assistant coach for the softball (2004, 2005) and women’s swimming (2004-05) teams at Wells.

Jones played three years of field hockey for the Express and shares the team record for most goals in a game with three. She served as team captain her senior year and was a two-time conference all-star. Jones was also a two-time all-conference selection as a member of the softball team. She was named the team MVP as a senior after earning rookie of the year honors as a freshman.

Jones received her bachelor’s degree in visual arts from Wells in 2004 with an education minor.
