High School: Siegel graduated from Kingston High School where she earned two varsity letters under coach Debbie Eaton...She was captain in her senior season as well as earning first team All-Star...Siegel was a starter on the team that made it to the State Championships in her junior season...She also earned four varsity letters in track. 

Personal: MaryKate, the daughter of Richard and Donna Siegel, is an athletic training major.
