Ithaca College Athletics

2011-12: Sica served as a team captain during his senior season. He competed in breaststroke and individual medley events and made the Ithaca lineup for the season-ending UNYSCSA and Empire 8 championship meets.

2010-11: Sica swam freestyle, breaststroke and individual medley events as a junior.

2009-10: Sica's first year with the Bombers saw him contribute in breaststroke, individual medley and freestyle events. He was ninth at the RIT Don Richards Invitational in the 500 free with a time of 5:07.94.

2008-09: Sica attended Geneseo, where he swam for coach Paul Dotterweich.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Grand Island High School, Sica swam for coach Phil Ciraolo and earned four varsity letters competing in breaststroke and individual medley events. He was a four-time sectional qualifier and a three-time sectional finalist. He was a member of the 2008 state team and finalist, and was team captain for one year.

Personal: A writing major, he is the son of Frank and Susan Sica.
