Biography

2010: Essex rowed in Ithaca's third varsity 8, helping the boat to a silver medal at the ECAC championships.

2009: Essex rowed in Ithaca's third varsity 8, helping the boat to a gold medal at the state championships.

2008: Essex rowed in Ithaca's second and third varsity 8 boats.

High School: Essex is a 2007 graduate of Joel Barlow High School.

Personal: A communication managment and design major with a corporate communication concentration, she is the daughter of Ken and Barbara Essex.
