2007: Nadolski won the Empire 8 individual title, placed third in the NYSCTC Championship and finished sixth in the NCAA Regional meet. She was named the Empire 8 Runner of the Year and earned all-conference, all-state, and all-region honors for the third straight season. Nadolski’s time of 17:50 at the NYSCTC Championships is the third-fastest time run by a Bomber on a 5,000-meter course since 2000. She was Ithaca’s top finisher at the NCAA Championships, placing 91st with a time of 22:54. Nadolski competed in nine races, earning seven top-10 finishes and four top-three finishes, including her win at the Empire 8 Championship. Nadolski was a five-time Empire 8 Athlete of the Week and was named NYSCTC Runner of the Week after placing third at the Hamilton Invitational.
2006: Nadolski earned all-conference, all-state and all-region honors for the second consecutive season after placing second at the Empire 8 championship and third at the NYSCTC and NCAA Regional championships. She competed in nine races as a sophomore and recorded six top-five finishes, including a first-place finish at Houghton. Nadolski’s time of 18:06 at the Empire 8 championship is the third-fastest 5,000-meter course time since 2000.
2005: Nadolski recorded six top-15 finishes as a freshman, including four top-10 performances, and earned Empire 8 Rookie of the Year and first-team all-conference honors. She was Ithaca’s top-finisher at the conference and state championships, respectively placing fourth and 10th overall, and was the team runner-up at the NCAA regional and championship meets, placing ninth and 95, respectively. Nadolski’s time of 21:49 is the fastest 6,000-meter course time in school history, while her time of 18:18 at Rensselaer ranks 19th all-time and fifth since 2000 on a 5,000-meter course. She also placed in the top-15 at Oswego (seventh), Oneonta (fifth), Penn State (11th) and Rensselaer (11th).
High School: A graduate of Chapel Hill High School, Nadolski was coached by Ron Olsen. In 2004, she was the Individual State 4A Champion, Individual Regional Champion, Pac-6 Conference Individual Champion, and MVP. In 2003, she was the second individual in the State 4A Meet.
Personal: A television-radio major with a minor in religious studies, she is the daughter of Keith and Chris Nadolski.
