Ithaca College Athletics

2005: Knabe was a member of the first varsity 8 boat where she sat in the third seat and sometimes the fifth seat.

2004: Knabe rowed in Ithaca's varsity 8 boat that won a gold medal by winning the grand final at the NCAA Championships. In the fall she lettered with Ithaca's volleyball team. Knabe was named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List following the fall semester and was named a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete.

2003: Knabe rowed in Ithaca's novice 8 boat that won a gold medal at the ECAC Championships before earning a spot in the varsity 8 boat for the NCAA Championships. In the fall she lettered with Ithaca's volleyball team. Knabe received the Ithaca College Booster Club award for maintaining the highest grade-point average of any freshman athlete.

High School: At Jackson County Central High School, Knabe was a member of the volleyball, basketball and track & field teams.

Personal: An organizational communication, learning & design major, she is the daughter of John and Cynthia Knabe. Her brother, Jeremiah, is a wrestler at Augsburg College.
