Biography

2005: Snowden started all 16 games for the Bombers. She led the team with seven goals and 17 points on her way to being named Empire 8 Field Hockey Player of the Year. She was also named to the Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year Team and to the NFHCA all-North Atlantic Region Team. She would also participate in the NFHCA Division III North/South All-Star Game. She is eight on Ithaca's career scoring list and the first Bomber to be named Empire 8 Player of the Year.
 
2004: Snowden started all 18 games for the Bombers. A first-team all-conference selection, she led the team with 32 points on a career-high 13 goals and six assists. In a 5-2 win over Nazareth, Snowden scored four goals, the first Bomber to do so since 1990. She assisted on the team’s other goal, giving her a career-high nine points. She was named Empire 8 Player of the Week twice and was a member of the NYSWCAA all-tournament team.

2003: Snowden, a second team Empire 8 selection, played in 15 games with 12 starting assignments. She recorded 10 points on three goals and a team-high four assists. She earned Empire 8 Player of the Week honors after scoring back-to-back game-winning goals over ninth-ranked Springfield and Rochester. Snowden also added two assists in the win over Springfield. Against Nazareth she had three points on a goal and an assist.

2002: Snowden played in 18 games with 14 starts. The Empire 8 Rookie of the Year, she recorded a team-high 26 points on four assists and a team-leading 11 goals. She scored multiple goals in four games, including a three-goal performance against Utica. In the semifinal of the state tournament she tallied three assists and helped lead the Bombers to a 4-2 victory over Rochester. She was named conference player of the week twice and ECAC player of the week once.

High School: Snowden played for coach Lisa Knight at Martha’s Vineyard High School.

Personal: The daughter of Michael Snowden and Lisa White, she is a speech pathology major.
