2019-20
Bogdanovic returned to the sculling team for her second year as a Bomber, placing first in the Women’s Collegiate Double at Green Mountain Head (9/29) and first in the Women’s Collegiate Single at Small Boat Challenge (10/5). She also competed in the Women’s Collegiate Eight at Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, MA (10/20), finishing in fifth place. The spring season was cut short after a week of rowing in Gainesville, GA that concluded with a scrimmage against Penn State and Catholic University. Bogdanovic rowed seven seat in the First Varsity Eight, contributing to a first-place finish.
2018-19
Bogdanovic’s Bomber debut began on the Ithaca Sculling team, as the team’s top finisher at Green Mountain Head in the Women’s Open Single (9/30). She also earned a third-place finish in the Collegiate Single at Small Boat Challenge (10/6) and a third-place finish in the Collegiate Double at Head of the Fish (10/27). During the spring season, Bogdanovic stroked the Second Varsity Eight, kicking off the season with a Liberty League Boat of the Week Honor (4/7). She contributed to a first-place finish in the Second Varsity Eight at the Liberty League Championship and helped earn the Team Championship title (5/3). At the New York State Championship in Saratoga Springs, NY (5/4), her boat earned a second-place finish in the Second Varsity Eight and contributed to the team winning the Team Points Trophy. Bogdanovic stroked the Second Varsity Eight to a first-place finish in the Petite Final at the NIRC Regatta in Worcester, MA (5/12). Her boat also earned a first-place finish in the Second Varsity Eight Petite Final and contributed to a fifth-place team finish at the NCAA Championship in Indianapolis, IN (6/1).
High School
Bogdanovic graduated from Brookline High School where she earned two varsity letters in rowing and was coached by Andrew McLaughlin and Eddy Mog. During her prep career she was Runner-Up in the Women's First Varsity Eight at the 2017 Massachusetts State Championship, Third-Place in the Women's Pair at the 2017 Northeast Regionals, Twelfth-place in the Women's Pair at the 2017 Youth Nationals Regatta, First-Place in the Women's First Varsity Eight at the 2018 Massachusetts State Championship, and the 2018 Brookline Varsity Women's Rowing MVP.
Personal
Dania, a Business major with concentrations in Sport Management and Marketing, is the daughter of Blanka and Dean Bogdanovic.
