2022-23
-Rowed in the 1V at the Liberty League Championship, finishing in 6:51.78 and securing an automatic bid to the NCAA DIII Rowing Championship.
-At the NYS Championship, rowed in the 1V. In the first race of the day the crew went 7:17.17. In the grand final, the boat went 7:28.84, securing them a gold medal.
2019-2020
Arndt competed in her first season on the Ithaca Sculling team, earning a third-place finish in the Collegiate Double at Green Mountain Head Regatta in Putney, Vt. (9/30), third-place finish in the Collegiate Single at Small Boat Challenge in Mercer, N.J. (10/5). She also raced in the Collegiate Eight at Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, Mass. (10/20), contributing to a fifth-place finish. The spring season was cut short after a week of rowing in Gainesville, GA that concluded with a scrimmage against Penn State and Catholic University. Arndt rowed stroke seat of the First Varsity Eight, contributing to a first-place finish.
2018-2019
In the fall, Arndt raced in the Collegiate Eight at Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, Mass. (10/21), contributing to a fourth-place finish. During her spring campaign, she was a key contributor in the First Varsity Eight. Early in the season, she was part of a boat that earned the Liberty League Boat of the Week Honor (3/31) (First Varsity Eight). She contributed to a First-place finish in the Women’s Varsity Eight Petite Final at Knecht Cup in Cherry Hill, N.J. (4/14), earning the honor of Liberty League Boat of the Week again (4/14). Arndt concluded her regular season with another Liberty League Boat of the Week Honor (4/29). Arndt helped her boat claim a first-place finish at the 2019 Liberty League Championship in Saratoga Springs, NY (5/3). At the New York State Championship in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. (5/4), her boat earned a second-place finish in the Varsity Eight, and contributed to the team winning the Team Points Trophy (5/4). Arndt helped the Varsity Eight to a fifth-place finish in the Grand Final of the NIRC Regatta in Worcester, Mass. (5/12). Her boat placed fourth in the Varsity Eight Grand Final and contributed to a fifth-place team finish at the NCAA Championship in Indianapolis, Ind. (6/1). Arndt was later honored as a member of the Liberty League Crew of the Year (First Varsity Eight).
2017-18
Arndt was a key rower in the Women’s Novice Eight during her Bomber debut. During her rookie season, she contributed to a Second-Place finish, with a time of 8:28.628 at the New York State Championships (5/5)... And a Second-Place finish, with a time of 7:06.15 at the NIRC Women’s Championships (5/11)... And was named as part of the Liberty League Novice Crew of the Year...
High School
Arndt attended Lewisburg High School. During her prep career she competed for ten years at Dynamats Gymnastics and qualified to the Pennsylvania state championships every year. She won multiple state titles and finished her career as a Level 9.
Personal
Allison, a Physical Therapy major, is the daughter of Jim & Kathy Arndt.
