NEW ORLEANS – Regional Athletes and Coaches of the Year for the 2026 NCAA DIII Indoor Track & Field season were announced on Thursday, March 19 by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Talia Hutchinson and
Erin Eastwood to great heights this season. Hutchinson and Eastwood finished 1-2 at both the AARTFC Indoor Championships and Liberty League Indoor Championships, while Hutchinson earned First-Team All-America honors with a fifth place showing at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships and Eastwood placed 17th.
At the Liberty League Championships, the pole vaulters accounted for 34 of the possible 39 points, and at AARTFC 18 of the 33 points.
Each of the ten regions – Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, Northeast, South, West – honored both genders' top track athletes and field athletes as well as the top men's and women's head coaches and assistant coaches.
Award winners were determined by a vote of USTFCCCA member coaches. Only those individuals from USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.
