MANHEIM, Pa. – Following the first season in program history and the inaugural NCAA Women's Wrestling Championships, the Ithaca College women's wrestling program placed two student‑athletes—Sammi Meyer and Delaney Bisaillon—on the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Scholar All‑America list.
 
In total, 540 student‑athletes from 92 institutions were recognized for their academic excellence while competing throughout the season.
 
In her first year on campus, Sammi Meyer battled through a midseason injury but still posted a 16-9 overall record, including eight falls and four technical falls. Fellow first year wrestler Delaney Bisaillon was equally impressive, finishing the season with a 19-4 overall record and leading the team in technical falls.
 
The Bombers concluded their season at the NCAA Region I Championships, where they tied for 17th place as a team.
