Women's Track & Field – Field Performer of the Week – Lily Seyfert
Lily Seyfert once again posted the top mark in the weight throw at 16.07 meters and in the shot put at 13.35 meters during Ithaca's home Six Way Meet on Saturday. Seyfert improved upon her best shot put mark of the season and now sits 14th in Division III.
Women's Track & Field – Track Performer of the Week – Rachel Larson
Rachel Larson nearly matched her No. 1 time in Division III in the 60-meter hurdles as she won the race in 8.60 seconds at Ithaca's home Six Way Meet on Saturday. Larson also ran in the 200-meter dash and took fourth in 26.63.
HONOR ROLL
Ryan Cooke again had an outstanding meet to help the Bombers to a 181-119 road dual win over the University of Rochester. Cooke earned his first individual win with a time of 1:44.67 in the 200-yard freestyle and would also secure the win, taking the 500 freestyle in 4:48.25. The senior would also help IC cap the meet off with a commanding win the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:26.33).

Kian Long swept both diving events as Ithaca defeated the University of Rochester in a dual meet over the weekend. Long won the 3‑meter event with 278.80 points before adding a victory on the 1‑meter board with a score of 249.80.
Spencer Carroll would lead the way securing a win in the 50-yard freestyle for the Bombers in their dual loss to the University of Rochester. Carroll secured Ithaca's first sprint victory of the meet with a winning time of 24.75 as she would also finish third in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:11.91. She also helped Ithaca secured a second-place finish in the final event of the meet, the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:40.08).
Edward Kennedy competed in three events at Ithaca's home Six Way Meet on Saturday. Kennedy finished sixth in the 200-meter dash in a time of 22.79 seconds and was part of two relay teams. The 4x400-meter relay won in 3:33.62 and the 4x200 finished second in 1:31.01.
Luke Ellor placed second in the shot put at 14.50 meters during Ithaca's home Six Way Meet on Saturday.
Violet Sloan secured the runner-up spot in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:21.97 and ran the anchor leg of the first place DMR, which won by nearly 50 seconds with a time of 13:21.36 at the Bombers' home Six Way Meet on Saturday.
