RESULTS
ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College women's track & field program totaled 81.83 points at the AARTFC Indoor Championships over the two-day event at Glazer Arena and the Bombers finished second overall out of 45 schools that earned points. SUNY Geneseo won the team title with 106 points.
IC scored 18 points in the 60-meter hurdles as
Laura Suppa and
Rachel Larson went 1-2 in the event. Suppa ran a PR of 8.58 seconds to move up to No. 3 in the country, while Larson clocked a time of 8.60 seconds and is alone in fourth across the nation.
Aynisha McQuillar was the runner-up in the 60-meter dash in a time of 7.61 seconds, which matched her time for yesterday that put her 14th in Division III.
Madeleine Wright also earned her spot in the upcoming NCAA Division III Championships as she cleared 1.68 meters in the high jump, which is tied for 15th. Wright was the runner-up in the event to pick up eight points.
IC's 4x200-meter relay of
Natalie MacArthur,
Marykate Rudnicki,
Ava Butler and
Ella Tucker were second overall in a time of 145:84.
Alexis Brown was a fifth place finisher in the triple jump at 11.32 meters to conclude the podium performances.
