RESULTS
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Ithaca College women's cross country program competed in their final team race of the season as the Bombers traveled to Rochester for the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional hosted by RIT at Genesee Valley Park. Ithaca finished third out of 23 teams on the 6K course with 166 points.
New York University won the regional with 52 points and Geneseo was second with 64 points.
Three Bombers earned all-region honors for finishing within the top 35, which ties the most for the program in three seasons.
Lola Gitlin was the first IC runner to complete the course in a time of 22:27.7 to place 15th overall.
Jessica Goode took 23rd in a time of 22:44.1 and
Hannah Pawlowski was 26th (25th in scoring) at 22:46.2.
Logan Brasacchio and
Kayleigh Milligan also scored for the Bombers with 45th and 58th place showings. Brasacchio clocked a time of 23:30.9 and Milligan posted a finish of 23:50.5.
Joy Petersen and
Erika Doran were also in action and were 72nd and 77th overall. Petersen finished in 24:17.3 and Doran was 10 seconds behind.
