GUILDERLAND, N.Y. –
The Ithaca College golf team shot a program-low score of 305 (+17) during the second round of the Liberty League Championship at Pinehaven Country Club and finished in a tie as the runner-up with Wellesley with a two-round total of 623 (+47), which was another school record.

Wellesley is the No. 1 team in the East Region and ranked top 10 nationally. New York University won the team championship with 605 (+29) as the Violets' top three golfers led the field.

Three of Ithaca's golfers earned All-Liberty League honors over the weekend. Cristea Park was a first-team honoree, while Annika Michel and Helena Winterberg were honorable mention.

Park finished fifth overall with a two-round total of 154 (+10) as she carded rounds of 79 and 75. Park entered the day tied for ninth and moved up five spots by the end of Sunday's round. She finished the front nine on Sunday with an even par 36 as she holed a pair of birdies on the par-3 3rd and par-4 7th. Park then parred eight of her final 11 holes. On Saturday, she had 13 pars in the round.

Michel shot 158 (+14) over the weekend with 80 and 78. She eagled the par-5 8th to go out at plus-2 and then birdied the par-4 10th. Michel also holed two birdies in the opening around, on the par-3 9th and par-4 12th.

Winterberg was a shot behind Michel in 13th with 159 (+15) after rounds of 81 and 78. She fired a pair of 38s on the front nine over the weekend and sunk a total of five birdies over the weekend. Her first birdie came on the par-5 6th on Saturday and then she birdied the 7th, 8th, 15th and 17th holes on Sunday.

Rheanna DeCrow just missed all-league honors as she placed 14th with 160 (+16). DeCrow shaved 12 strokes off her Saturday round of 86 and finished the weekend with a 74 on Sunday, which tied for the second lowest round of the day. She had one birdie on Saturday – the par-4 10th. She then birdied back-to-back holes on the front nine during Sunday's round on the 5th and 6th, and then birdied the 15th.

Abby Bladen also turned in a solid outing over the weekend with 164 (+20) to finish 17th overall. Bladen fired a 78 on Saturday and was in a tie for sixth, but an 86 on Sunday dropped her down the leaderboard. Bladen had 11 pars on Saturday and one birdie, and continued the strong play through the front nine on Sunday with three more birdies on the 4th, 7th and 8th for a 39.
