BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team competed at Moravian for the Coach Pollard Invitational over the weekend.
Brendan Sheehan was the runner-up in the pole vault at 4.45 meters.
Joseph Napolitano posted a time of 56.83 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles to finish in fifth place.
Matt Lokshin finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 16.10 seconds and was seventh in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.38 seconds.
IC's 4x100-meter relay 'A' team of Alex Boreland,
CJ Jones, Napolitano and
Jake Dembrow placed sixth in a time of 43.18 seconds and the 'B' relay of
Brett Jeremiah,
George Nilson,
Charlie Billard and
Andrew Olando placed eighth in 46.43 seconds.
The Bombers' 4x400-meter relay of
Noah McKibben, Lokshin, Nilson and Napolitano were sixth place performers in 3:30.42.
Matthew Andersen took eighth in the 5000-meter run in 16:35.36 and Jones finished ninth in the 400-meter dash in 51.23 seconds.
Ithaca will head to Cortland on Tuesday, April 23 for the CNY College Challenge.
