CORTLAND, N.Y./SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team competed at Cortland and Susquehanna over a three-day stretch from April 11-13.
SUSQUEHANNA
Ben Buffone won the 1500-meter run in 4:12.35, while
Joseph Napolitano claimed first in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.81 seconds.
Aidan Loughlin was another first place performer in the steeplechase at 10:26.39.
The 4x400-meter relay team of
Adam Mocho, Buffone,
CJ Jones, Napolitano placed first in 3:37.17.
Mocho took second in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:02.28, while
Andrew Olando was third in the triple jump at 12.30 meters.
Matt Lokshin was second in the decathlon with 5368 points and
Noah McKibben finished in seventh at 4682.
IC's 4x100-meter relay 'A' team of
Max Boreland, Jones, Alex Boreland and Napolitano finished third in 44.29. The 'B' relay of
Brett Jeremiah,
Charlie Billard,
Joshua Wan and
Jake Dembrow were seventh in 46.58.
Jones finished fifth in the 100-meter dash in a time of 11.08. Tyler Dix secured sixth in the 1500 at 4:24.25.
M. Boreland was eighth in the 100 at 11.35.
CORTLAND
Dom Mikula won the pole vault with a season-best mark of 4.95 meters and
Cayden Kuhns was second at 3.75 meters.
Liam Connelly took ninth in the discus at 24.90 meters and
Elliott Painting finished ninth in the 1500 in 4:35.09.
