ITHACA, N.Y. - The Ithaca College men's track & field team went over to Cornell on Saturday for the Marc Deneault Invitational in Barton Hall in what was the final meet of the indoor season before the Bombers turn their focus onto championship season.

Brendan Sheehan won the long jump with a mark of 7.02 meters and was ninth in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.70 seconds.

Tyrell Penalba was the runner-up in the high jump at 1.80 meters.

IC's 4x400-meter relay of Carter Rothwell, George Nilson, Kevin McNamara and Matt Lokshin took third in 3:37.57.

Matthew Weil cleared 4.05 meters in the pole vault to finish in fifth.

Joseph Napolitano was ninth in the 400-meter dash in 53.46 seconds and Ben Buffone placed 10th in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.44. Cayden Kuhns was 10th in the pole vault at 3.60 meters.

The Liberty League Championships are up next on February 23-24 at St. Lawrence.
