ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College golf team hosted the first round of the Ithaca Invitational on Saturday at RaNic Golf Club and fired a 316 (+28) to lead the field of six teams but 10 strokes. Suffolk currently sits in second place with 326 as there are a total of 40 golfers in the invitational.

Cristea Park leads Ithaca and the field after Saturday's round as she carded 75 (+3) and holds a three-stroke lead over teammate Rheanna DeCrow and St. John Fisher's Alexandra Tomasso at 78 (+6).

Helena Winterberg shot 80 (+8) on the day to finish the first round in fifth, while Abby Bladen sits in a five-way tie for ninth after an 83 (+11).

Annika Michel is tied in 21st with two golfers from Westminster with 88 (+16) and Kerry Farrell is golfing as an individual and she shot 94 (+22) to conclude the day in a four-way tie for 31st.

The Bombers will tee off Sunday's round at 10:30 a.m.
