RESULTS

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team began its indoor season over the weekend at Cornell University's Greg Page Relays inside Barton Hall of December 1-2.

Brendan Sheehan finished fifth in the pole vault with a mark of 4.69 meters, which was the top mark of DIII entries. Sheehan also competed in the shot put and finished seventh at 13.95 meters.

Andrew Olando and Liam Connelly went 7-8 in the triple jump with leaps of 12.13 and 11.97 meters.

Carter Rothwell placed eighth in the 500-meter dash with a time of 1:09.86. Noah McKibben entered the heptathlon and placed eighth overall with a total of 3746. Robert George claimed ninth in the pole vault at 4.39 meters.

IC's 4x400-meter relay of Rothwell, Joseph Napolitano, Evan Cherry and Jake Dembrow finished ninth with a time of 3:38.08.

The Bombers are off until the New Year. IC will host its alumni race on January 6 and return to action on January 12.
