SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Ithaca College wrestling program is set to compete in the SUNYAC wrestling championship meet slated for Saturday, November 18, hosted by
Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) at the Gordon Field House. Eight teams including Brockport, Cortland, Ithaca College, Oneonta, Oswego, RIT, St. John Fisher and Utica University will compete in the SUNYAC championships. The meet will begin at 8 a.m. and run through 6 p.m. with competition in 10 weight classes.
This will be the first SUNYAC men's wrestling championships since 1990-91 when Binghamton hosted its 31st championship meet. The conference included Binghamton, Brockport, Cortland, Oneonta, Oswego and Potsdam.
