RESULTS
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's cross country team totaled 130 points to finish fifth at the Liberty League Championships hosted by Vassar College on October 29. The 8K event was run at Vassar Farm and RPI won the team title with 18 points, as well as the individual top performer in Cory Kennedy with a time of 24:47.0.
The Bombers were led by
Danny Jagoe, who finished ninth overall out of 109 runners in a time of 25:23.6, to earn Liberty League Second-Team honors, and was the lone IC runner to be named all-league.
James Hughes narrowly missed honorable mention status with a time of 26:43.7 to place 24th overall, while
Ryan Medeiros was 30th in a time of 27:02.7.
Alex Whatley took 33rd overall in 27:07.9 and
Patrick Bierach followed in 34th at 27:10.9 to round out the top five for IC.
Drew Taylor finished 38th with a time of 27:22.9 and
Jonathan Sadanaga was 43rd overall as he finished in 28:20.9.
