Volleyball Team Drops Season Opener at Ohio Northern

Jenna Yehl opened the season with a double-double against Ohio Northern.

Ada, Ohio -- The volleyball team opened its season with a 3-0 (16-30, 19-30, 30-32) loss to #12 Ohio Northern in the opening match of the Ohio Northern Invitational. Junior Jenna Yehl (Horseheads/Horseheads) recorded a double-double with 35 assists and 14 digs.

Junior Katie Hause (St. Mary's/Colorado Springs, Colo.) collected a team-high 14 kills with nine digs against the Polar Bears, while classmate Amanda Hubbard (Horseheads/Horseheads) added seven kills with seven digs.

Ithaca will face Hiram at 5:30 p.m.
