Ithaca College Athletics

Sam Boylan (Harwood Union/Waitsfield, Vt.) of the Ithaca College men’s soccer team has been named the College’s Male Athlete of the Week for action taking place during the week that concluded October 9, 2016.

Boylan helped lead the Bombers to a 1-1 record with a critical 4-2 win over Elmira in Empire 8 conference action.

For the week, the senior forward notched three goals and combined to take 10 shots in all including a game-high seven strikes against the Soaring Eagles.

Boylan and the rest of the Bombers will take on nationally-ranked Oneonta at 4 p.m. on Wednesday at Carp Wood Field.
