Eliza Dewart, a native of Barker, N.Y., was named Empire 8 Conference Track Athlete of the Meet after winning the 200- and 400-meter dashes at the conference championships on Saturday. She posted a time of 26.23 seconds in the 200 and completed the 400 in 59.46 seconds to earn 20 points towards Ithaca's team total.
