Connery was named Most Valuable Player of the Empire 8 Men's Lacrosse Championship Tournament after leading the Bombers to the conference title. In the tournament final, he made a career-high 26 saves against Rochester Institute of Technology -- matching the second-highest single-game total this season at any level of men's lacrosse.
